Chamomile helps those who hold grudges also. It is indicated when one must speak out for himself in dangerous situations. Wear it on the throat and feel your power enhanced. In other situations, Chamomile is grounding and calming.  I use it in blends for Breast and liver illnesses tinnitus, occipital headaches, cystitis, indigestion, nervous stress, and  cancers. The aroma is sweet and reminds me of fresh apples. I enjoy this as a fragrance more than the essential oil and absolute. The essential oil of Chamomile is from the Roman chamomile, a different plant and scent. Both are very healing and delightful aromas.
