 De Congest Aroma Blend enhances better, deeper breathing and clear sinuses through seasonal changes. Massage 3-5 drops on the temples, forehead, chest and around the ear or upper back.  Avoid the eyes, delicate or broken skin. Repeat 2-3 x daily as needed.
